Thank you for visiting our eBay Feedback Response Page for the last month's activity. It's unfortunate that we even have a page like this because we'd love nothing more than every transaction to go smoothly, but we all know that mistakes happen, and no matter how hard we all try, it's impossible to please everyone. To recently quote a great line, "When something seems to be going so right, it will almost certainly go wrong." Pretty much true in every facet of life, especially when dealing with hundreds of people per month.
We take our feedback VERY seriously, as all sellers do, but we also realize that many people don't and will leave negative without trying to work things out first. As you can tell, we take each comment that's less than perfect to heart - or we wouldn't have created this page to tell you exactly what happened on each transaction.
We typically have over 400 positives in a 30 day time frame. Compare that with the number of negative comments we have and all in all we run an amazing operation!
Our main goal is to make you feel comfortable with us and our transactions, and realize that some of the feedback we've received may have been deserved, some not, and of course there's always the ones that leave negative because they didn't get the item...if only they knew they had to pay for it first ;-)

If you buy from us, use our e-mail address as much as you like rjcalnan@gmail.com - we list it in our auctions for a reason, so you can send us e-mails whenever you want and see what's up with your order and if you just have a general question.
