XenonMods.com "What the letters mean" Guide

You'll notice that the bulbs on the left side of our site only list the bulb number, but none of the numbers you may (or may not) see behind the bulb number in your application chart.

Below we have listed a chart in which it shows the most common lettering and what each letter means.

Letter(s): Definition:

NA, A, Y This signifies that the bulb is amber in color when lit (A - amber, Y - yellow)

K Krypton

LL The LL stands for "Long Life" - expensive versions of standard bulbs that guarantee longer life (usually double)

W Wattage

V Volts
